I went there for a family getaway, and the setup was great with two queen beds and a sofa bed, perfect for all of us. The breakfast was solid, but I think they could include some pancakes or waffles to spice it up. The pool area was just a short walk from our room, which was a nice way to unwind after our shopping trips to Vaughan Mills and nearby attractions. The only thing that put a damper on our stay was the cleanliness of the pool area. we noticed some hair and other debris around, which was off-putting.

The location of this place is solid, just a short distance from Highway 400/401. Check-in was seamless. the receptionist greeted me warmly and got everything sorted quickly. The room surprised me with its pleasant layout. A sitting area with a desk was inviting, and the bed felt cozy. A nice bonus for families would be the access to Canada’s Wonderland if rooms face north. Breakfast impressed me with a variety of hot and cold options, perfect for fueling up for a busy day. However, the TV signal could get glitchy, which made catching up on news somewhat frustrating. The pool, unfortunately, was an issue. it felt overly humid, and the Clorox smell was off-putting. I’d recommend keeping an eye on this to improve guest comfort. Some areas around the lobby felt chilly due to the cold weather, so staying warm near the door was tough. Overall, I’d return if in the area, but improvements to the pool and TV would elevate the experience significantly.

Recommended for families seeking comfort
We had a large room that was perfectly set up for two adults and two teens. The kids loved being able to walk to the trampoline park next door and the fact that we could see the rides from our window was a nice bonus!
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for our needs.

My family and I found the spacious room layout at Springhill Suites to be perfect for our needs. The separate sitting area added a touch of comfort, and the split bathroom design with a separate toilet and shower was quite unique. Breakfast was delightful, with a variety of hot and cold options that filled us up for our adventures.
Elevators had long waits.

We had a Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds for 12 nights. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy, but the sofa bed was dirty, which was a letdown. The microwave needed cleaning too, and we didn’t trust the coffee maker. Notably, the layout was nice, but the sliding bathroom door was noisy, waking everyone up at night. The AC worked well, though sound insulation was lacking, as we heard hallway noise throughout our stay.

The room was spacious and well laid out, featuring a comfortable King bed and a separate lounge area. Clean bathrooms equipped with body jets in the shower added a touch of luxury. Complimentary breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of options, including eggs and sausage. The hotel also had excellent amenities like a swimming pool and gym, and the bar service was top-notch.
Parking charges were unexpected for a suburban hotel.
